Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil

What It Does

Jojoba Oil is a liquid wax that mimics the natural composition of oils in human skin. Its benefits for skin and hair are numerous, making it perfect for any balm or oil. It offers emollience and softening when used in a cream, or can help add hardness to any stick formulation. Our organic jojoba oil is purified to be colorless for ease of use and is known for its long shelf-life as it is not prone to oxidation.

How It's Made

Fallen jojoba seeds are collected from the ground and are expeller crushed to produce a cloudy, golden oil with a nutty aroma. The oil is physically filtered to remove debris and impurities before being washed with water and clays to decolorize the oil and neutralize any odor. It is filtered one last time to ensure any microscopic particles are removed.
