Ordering, Shipping & Returns
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal.
Orders placed online are generally processed within 24-48 hours and are shipped Monday - Friday. Please note that orders received after 2:00 PM Pacific Time will not begin processing until the following day.
A: We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States and Canada through our website. However, we do ship internationally through our Etsy Store. Please contact us if you would like to find a local retailer of an ingredient we carry where you live.
A: We do sell in larger quantities than listed online. Please contact us with the quantity you are interested in purchasing and we will provide a quote. We do not distribute price lists. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your inquiry.
A: When checking out, there will be an option to add any gift certificates or discount codes. Please enter your gift certificate number there.
A: Our ingredients are thoughtfully sourced from specific suppliers that meet our quality and business practice standards and the prices reflect such. We do not know where our competitors source their ingredients from and therefore cannot compare our ingredients to theirs even if bearing the same INCI name.
A: We use USPS for ground shipping and UPS for expedited orders, such as Overnight or 2-Day. You can select your shipping speed at checkout.
A: We apologize that we do not accept returns on ingredients due to the quality control standards required for ingredients used to make personal care or household products. However, if you have received the wrong item, we will gladly send you the correct item. If the item has been damaged in transit, we will send a return shipping label for the damaged item and replace it. Read our full return policy here.
