Watermelon Seed Oil is a fast-absorbing oil from the wild watermelon, the Kalahari melon. This nutritive oil is high in linoleic and oleic acids, helping soothe skin with its moisturizing capabilities while improving elasticity. Did we mention Watermelon Seed Oil is non-comedogenic? Our Watermelon Seed Oil undergoes a patented extraction process that naturally stabilizes the oil for a 5-year shelf life.
How It's Made
Wild Kalahari melons are collected and the seeds are removed and dried. The seeds are then cold pressed and refined through natural processes to reduce the odor, color, and pesky free fatty acids. This is where internal stabilization happens! The oil is then filtered through a physical micron filter, revealing a clear, golden oil.

Ensure all equipment is clean and sterilized.
Add distilled or deionized water to mixing bowl. Premix Ingredients 2 and 3 in a small bowl so they form a slurry and add to the main vessel using an immersion blender. The mixture will slightly thicken. Once mixed in, add Ingredient 4 using an immersion blender until the product thickens and there are no white particulates. Scrape the sides of the container with a spatula to make sure everything is incorporated.
Once Ingredient 4 is incorporated, add the other ingredients one by one, gently stirring until they're incorporated. Pour into a container.
